In our new PE topic on net games we have been practising our throwing and catching skills and focusing on our striking techniques when hitting the ball.
We have been using counter balances and Roman architecture as inspiration to help us in our PE dance topic on Romans.

We have been practising our sewing skills in DT this week.
This week we have had our first ukulele lesson and learned the strings and how to play a C chord.
In our work on the artist LS Lowry we have been trying to draw our own Lowry characters using different mediums such as pencils and pastels.
In out third PE lesson we have been working on our throwing and catching skills.
We enjoyed our fitness day with the LSSP very tiring but great fun.
Lesson 2 in PE - this week we have been learning to throw and strike the ball. Some excellent work.
We have begun to study the artist LS Lowry in art.
We have started to learn striking and fielding skills with coach Sam in PE
