Year 3 have been exploring the joys and sorrows of home life and learning about God’s vision for every family. 


We explored Paul’s letter to the Romans 12: 8-11 and identified positive things that we need to do to create a happy home. The children used Paul’s advice to express in words and pictures how we can have a loving heart in our home and school family. 💜

 

The children discussed how Jesus wants us to love one another and used their new learning to create recipes for a happy family. 🏡🕊️ 

 

Listen to our wonderful singing when learning about the two great commandments ‘To love your God with all your heart’ and ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself’ 🎶🌈

We read Paul’s letter to the Colossians and the children created their own fantastic drama scenes illustrating Paul’s advice on being holy. 🕊️❤️
