Information from the Bobby Colleran Trust

We would like you to join us by supporting our annual ‘Wear Blue for Bobby’ Day event, which urges schools and business in and around Merseyside, to wear blue on Friday 11th March 2022 to help raise awareness for the importance of road safety and mental health in children, on what would have been Bobby’s 14th birthday.

The official t-shirts cost are as little as £5.00 for children and £10.00 for adults, or supporters can wear their own blue clothes and make a donation to the charity. All of the proceeds raised will go directly into supporting road safety awareness, bereavement support and children’s mental health initiatives and our goal of opening, ‘Bobby’s Base’. The t-shirts are available to purchase directly from us and we will be delivering them free of charge.

‘Bobby’s Base’, opening in March 2022, is a new wellbeing centre, dedicated in Bobby’s name, where grief support and counselling can be provided to children and families in the Merseyside Region.

On behalf of The Bobby Colleran Trust, we are seeking sponsors for the building, as we look to furnish the small centre with office supplies, furniture and suitable children’s entertainment, or assist with the ongoing therapy costs, which will be provided, free-of-charge, to all children. Our building sponsors will receive a plaque in recognition of their contribution, which will then be added to the Bobby’s Base Wall of Fame.

We have attached a poster of the event, as well as an order form, for your information. Should you require anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact me, or any member of our team, using the details below.
